INTERNATIONAL LICENSE PLATES

Orbiz manufacture international vehicle license plates in accordance with country’s specifications and requirements. Providing vehicle license plates of various shapes,sizes,colours,customised country-specific graphics(such as flags,logos or coats of arms) and various security features(such as laser logos,serial numbers,holograms,barcodes,etc.) can be incorporated during the production process.

INDIAN LICENSE PLATES

ALL MOTORISED ROAD VEHICLES IN INDIA ARE TAGGED WITH A REGISTRATION OR LICENCE NUMBER

The license plate (commonly known as number plate) number is issued by the district-level Regional Transport Office (RTO) of respective states- the main authority on road matters.The license plate are placed in the front and back of the vvehicle.By law,all plates are required to be in modern Arabic numerals with Latin letters.[1] Other guidelines include having the plate lit up at night and the restriction of the fonts that could be used.In some states such as Sikkim,cars bearing outside plates are barred from entering restricted areas
  • Fancy lettering is not permitted
  • The letters of registration mark shall be in English and the figures shall be in Arabic numerals,and the letters and numerals shall be embossed
  • Registration letters and numerals shall be in black on white background for 2 Wheelers/LMV cars and black letter on yellow background for commercial vehicles.
