Traffic congestion is one of the major challenges the authorities and decision makers are tackling today. Technology has become the backbone of everything in our day-to-day life. To reduce traffic abnormality issues, to keep track of driver behavior, the latest technology of AIS 140 compliant vehicle tracking devices should be used in the traffic systems as soon as possible. With the help of real-time tracking, historical data, such as replay of trips, alerts( stoppages, idling time etc), reports of every month, authorities can investigate such incidents and take appropriate measures to the traffic congestion, previously unknown/unidentified risks involved in operations.
